【摘要】：目的分析來曲唑(letrozole,LE)與尿促性素(human menopausal gonadotmpin,HMG)在多囊卵巢綜合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕患者促排卵中的療效。方法選取112例多囊卵巢綜合征不孕患者,分為A、B兩組,A組(來曲唑組)、B組(來曲唑與尿促性素組),B組HMG用法為隔日肌內(nèi)注射1次。觀察兩組成熟卵泡數(shù)、成熟卵泡率、排卵率、臨床妊娠率、異位妊娠數(shù)及早期流產(chǎn)率等。結(jié)果兩組基礎(chǔ)性激素水平、BMI、成熟卵泡數(shù)、排卵率差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);妊娠率兩組分別為26.7%和41.6%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.046),說明B組臨床妊娠率優(yōu)于A組;B組中HMG的周期平均用量為5.12支(532/104)。A組3例早期流產(chǎn),3例多胎妊娠;B組2例自然流產(chǎn),1例異位妊娠,5例多胎妊娠,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于多囊卵巢綜合征不孕患者進(jìn)行促排卵治療,LE與HMG聯(lián)合應(yīng)用且HMG隔日肌內(nèi)注射1次的方案優(yōu)于單用LE。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the efficacy of letrozole (letrozole,LE) and urogonadotropin (human menopausal gonadotmpin,HMG) in ovulatory induction in infertile patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS).
