北京市超重和肥胖成人基礎(chǔ)代謝率的研究

【摘要】:目的測定北京市超重和肥胖成人基礎(chǔ)代謝率(BMR),分析其與體成分的相關(guān)性,尋找適合我國超重肥胖人群基礎(chǔ)代謝率的估算公式。方法采用間接測熱法測定BMR,雙能X線吸收法測定體成分,Pearson相關(guān)性分析檢驗(yàn)BMR和體成分的關(guān)系,并將BMR實(shí)測值與常用公式估算值進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 85名受試者基礎(chǔ)代謝的能量消耗,超重組和肥胖組顯著高于體重正常組(P0.001),肥胖組顯著高于超重組(P=0.036)。超重組和肥胖組受試對(duì)象的基礎(chǔ)代謝率與瘦體重相關(guān)性最強(qiáng)(r=0.865;r=0.784)。BMI正常和肥胖組受試者的脂肪組織質(zhì)量與BMR無顯著相關(guān)性,超重受試者的脂肪組織質(zhì)量與BMR呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.484)。HENRY公式和LIU公式的BMR估算值與實(shí)測值差異2%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論超重肥胖人群的BMR要高于體重正常健康者。影響超重肥胖人群BMR的最主要因素是瘦體重,脂肪組織對(duì)BMR的影響尚不確定。HENRY公式和LIU公式適合我國超重肥胖人群。
