運動鍛煉及雌激素受體-β基因多態(tài)性與老年女性骨質疏松的相關性

【摘要】:目的研究運動鍛煉及雌激素受體(ER)-β基因多態(tài)性與女性老年性骨質疏松(ADOP)的相關性。方法 420例長期運動鍛煉老年女性和415例非長期運動鍛煉老年女性,定量超聲骨質密度儀檢測兩組右側足跟骨寬帶超聲衰減值,PCR-RFLP檢測兩組ER-β基因多態(tài)性。結果長期運動鍛煉組ADOP的患病率明顯低于非長期運動鍛煉組(P0.01)。ER-β基因RsaⅠ等位基因分布頻率在兩組中存在顯著差異(P0.01),r等位基因患ADOP的風險是R等位基因的1.565倍(OR=1.565,95%CI:1.270~1.928)。長期運動鍛煉組攜帶AluⅠ酶切位點的a等位基因分布頻率明顯少于非長期運動鍛煉組(P0.01)。結論長期運動鍛煉對ADOP有防治作用。ER-βRsaⅠ酶切位點的r等位基因可能是ADOP的遺傳易感基因。AluⅠ酶切位點的a等位基因是對運動鍛煉的敏感基因。
