【摘要】：正糖尿病(DM)發(fā)病率在世界范圍內(nèi)上升,已成為繼心血管疾病及腫瘤后的第3大非傳染性疾病。本文就自體干細(xì)胞(SC)移植治療糖尿病足(DF)的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。1 DF的概念和常規(guī)治療DF〔1〕作為DM致死、致殘率較高的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥之一,是由于血管發(fā)生硬化、狹窄、阻塞等病變導(dǎo)致肢體末端缺血,同時(shí)伴有周?chē)窠?jīng)病變,使患者出現(xiàn)感覺(jué)功能障礙且易并發(fā)細(xì)菌感染,常以靜息痛和足部潰瘍?yōu)橹饕憩F(xiàn)。DM所致的下肢血管
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive diabetes mellitus (DM) has increased worldwide and has become the third largest non-communicable disease after cardiovascular diseases and tumors. This article reviews the research progress of autologous stem cell (SC) transplantation in the treatment of diabetic foot (DF). 1 the concept of DF and routine treatment of DF (1), as one of the serious complications of death and high disability rate of DM, are due to vascular sclerosis. Stenosis, obstruction and other lesions lead to limb end ischemia, accompanied by peripheral neuropathy, resulting in sensory dysfunction and bacterial infection, often with resting pain and foot ulcers as the main manifestation.
