DNA甲基化導致多囊卵巢綜合征發(fā)生機制的研究進展

【摘要】:多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)是育齡期婦女中常見的生殖內(nèi)分泌疾病,具有高度異質(zhì)性。PCOS的病因包括遺傳與環(huán)境因素。越來越多的研究表明,表觀遺傳學尤其是DNA甲基化作為連接環(huán)境和遺傳的紐帶,與PCOS發(fā)病相關(guān)。DNA甲基化是指DNA序列沒有發(fā)生改變,但基因表達卻發(fā)生了通過細胞有絲分裂或減數(shù)分裂可遺傳的變化,并最終導致基因表型的改變。本文綜述了PCOS中的DNA甲基化改變及其在PCOS發(fā)病中的機制研究。
[Abstract]:Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age and is highly heterogeneous. The etiology of PCOS includes genetic and environmental factors. More and more studies have shown that epigenetics, especially DNA methylation, is associated with the pathogenesis of PCOS as a link between the environment and heredity. DNA methylation means that there is no change in the DNA sequence. However, gene expression can be inherited through cell mitosis or meiosis, and eventually leads to gene phenotypic changes. This article reviews the changes of DNA methylation in PCOS and its mechanism in the pathogenesis of PCOS.
