【摘要】：目的了解佤族性伴間HIV感染傳播相關高危性行為,為針對性干預工作提供科學依據。方法 2014年7月期間,滄源縣接受抗病毒治療人員為調查對象,整群抽樣,橫斷面調查,知情同意后問卷回顧收集人口學基本信息、HIV感染途徑、性伴間HIV相關高危性行為等情況。采用Excel 2007建立數據庫,SPSS17.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果共調查586人,佤族占(80.4%),40歲以下農民在婚女性(53.6%)為主,90.8%人員有婚前性行為,其中84.4%從來不使用安全套。46.1%有2個以上固定性伴,161人(65.7%)與臨時性伴間發(fā)性性關系時從不使用安全套。78.7%認為因未使用安全套感染HIV。知悉HIV結果后,仍有13.3%配偶(固定性伴)間發(fā)生性行為時不使用安套。結論滄源縣佤族婚前性行為及多性伴現象明顯,高危性行為致HIV感染傳播。接受治療配偶(固定性伴)間仍存在高危性行為。迫切需要開展性健康促進工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the high risk sexual behaviors associated with the transmission of HIV infection among WA nationality sexual partners, and to provide scientific basis for targeted intervention. Methods during July 2014, Cangyuan County received antiviral therapists as subjects. Cluster sampling and cross-sectional survey were conducted. After informed consent, the basic demographic information and the route of HIV infection were collected retrospectively. HIV-related high risk sexual behavior among sexual partners. Excel 2007 was used to establish the database and SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 586 people were investigated, WA nationality accounted for 80.4%, farmers under 40 years old were mainly married women (53.6%), 90.8% of them had premarital sexual behavior. Among them, 84.4% never used condoms, 46.1% had more than two fixed partners, 161 people (65.7%) never used condoms when they had sex with temporary concomitant sex. 78.7% believed that HIV. was infected by non-condom use. After knowing the results of HIV, 13.3% of spouses (fixed partners) did not use safety when they had sex with each other. Conclusion the phenomenon of premarital sexual behavior and multiple sexual partners in WA nationality in Cangyuan County is obvious. High-risk sexual behavior leads to the spread of HIV infection. High-risk sexual behavior still exists between treated spouses (fixed partners). There is an urgent need to develop sexual health promotion.
