機械振動防治骨質(zhì)疏松癥的研究進展

【摘要】:骨質(zhì)疏松癥是最常見的骨骼疾病,以骨量丟失、骨的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生改變?yōu)樘卣?導(dǎo)致骨的脆性增加、易于骨折,嚴重影響患者生活質(zhì)量,增加致殘率及病死率,給家庭及社會造成沉重負擔。隨著老齡化社會的到來,骨質(zhì)疏松癥在人群中的發(fā)病率呈逐年上升的趨勢。機械振動作為一種短期、簡便、無創(chuàng)、不良反應(yīng)少的物理療法受到廣泛關(guān)注。機械振動的成骨效應(yīng)已在多項細胞和動物實驗中得到驗證,并獲得臨床試驗的支持,但其作用機制尚不明確,現(xiàn)有骨傳導(dǎo)、肌動力、骨血灌注、脂質(zhì)代謝、壓電效應(yīng)等多種假說。機械振動有多種應(yīng)用模式,包括局部或全身振動、垂直或復(fù)合振動、間歇或持續(xù)振動、單獨或聯(lián)合應(yīng)用等,但目前在不同模式的療效及選擇上仍有爭議。因此,了解機械振動在防治骨質(zhì)疏松癥領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用概況及各種振動模式的特點可為今后的科學(xué)研究和臨床應(yīng)用提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Osteoporosis is the most common bone disease, characterized by loss of bone mass and changes in bone microstructure, resulting in increased fragility of bone, easy fracture, serious impact on the quality of life of patients, increased disability rate and mortality. Place a heavy burden on the family and society. With the arrival of aging society, the incidence of osteoporosis in the population is increasing year by year. Mechanical vibration as a short-term, simple, non-invasive, less adverse reaction physiotherapy has been widely concerned. The osteogenic effect of mechanical vibration has been verified in a number of cell and animal experiments, and has been supported by clinical trials, but its mechanism is still unclear, such as bone conduction, muscle dynamics, bone blood perfusion, lipid metabolism, and so on. Piezoelectric effect and other hypotheses. There are many application modes of mechanical vibration, including local or whole body vibration, vertical or compound vibration, intermittent or continuous vibration, single or combined application, but the curative effect and choice of different modes are still controversial. Therefore, understanding the application of mechanical vibration in the field of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and the characteristics of various vibration modes can provide a new way of thinking for scientific research and clinical application in the future.
