【摘要】：目的調查糖尿病足(DF)患者住院費用,分析其影響因素。方法對2009~2015年901例、1146例次DF患者進行回顧性調查,分析住院時間、住院費用及構成等。結果 2015年平均發(fā)病年齡較2009年減少5.7歲(x~2=45.89,P0.001)。糖尿病合并癥及并發(fā)癥、Wagner分級、年齡對患者住院時間及費用均有影響(P0.05)。消費價格指數(shù)經調整后,住院費用先增長后下降,以2012年最多(27629.6元);住院時間整體呈下降趨勢,2015年較2009年減少15.5 d(x~2=61.16,P0.001);患者合并多種并發(fā)癥,且并發(fā)癥患病率逐年增加。結論 2009~2015年,DF患者的醫(yī)療費用先增長后下降,住院時間明顯減少;發(fā)病人群以男性居多,且具有高齡化、病程長、高費用等特點。糖尿病患者應及早采取措施,嚴格控制血糖,降低糖尿病并發(fā)癥,預防DF的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hospitalization expenses of diabetic foot (DF) patients and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 901 patients with DF from 2009 to 2015. The length of hospitalization, hospitalization cost and composition were analyzed. Results the mean age of onset in 2015 was 5.7 years lower than that in 2009 (x / 2 / 45.89, P 0.001). Diabetic complications and complications, Wagner grade, and age all affected the length and cost of hospitalization (P0.05). After adjustment of consumer price index (CPI), hospitalization expenses first increased and then decreased to the highest in 2012 (RMB 27629.6), and the overall length of hospitalization showed a downward trend, decreasing by 15.5 days in 2015 compared with 2009 (xxx2x61.16, P0.001); Patients with multiple complications, and the incidence of complications increased year by year. Conclusion from 2009 to 2015, the medical expenses of patients with DF increased first and then decreased, and the length of hospitalization decreased significantly, and the majority of the patients were male, with the characteristics of high age, long course of disease, high cost and so on. Diabetic patients should take early measures to strictly control blood sugar, reduce diabetic complications, and prevent the occurrence of DF.
