【摘要】：目的分析中老年人小腸系膜厚度與代謝綜合征(MS)的相關(guān)性。方法隨機(jī)選取的沈陽市某社區(qū)中老年居民391例,其中MS組155例、非MS(NMS)組236例。采用超聲檢查測量兩組局部小腸系膜厚度,分析小腸系膜厚度與MS及其組分的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 MS組、NMS組小腸系膜厚度分別為(3.51±0.94)、(2.84±0.83)cm,兩組相比,P0.01。調(diào)整血糖、血脂、血壓、年齡和性別因素后,小腸系膜厚度與MS有關(guān)(OR 1.68,95%CI 1.19~2.39,P0.01)。調(diào)整年齡與性別因素后,無論MS組還是NMS組,小腸系膜厚度均與腰圍呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r分別為0.44、0.49,P均0.01);MS組小腸系膜厚度與舒張壓(DBP)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.19,P0.05)。結(jié)論中老年人小腸系膜厚度與MS發(fā)病存在相關(guān)性,小腸系膜越厚,MS發(fā)病風(fēng)險越高;小腸系膜厚度與MS患者的中心性肥胖程度和血壓值呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between mesenteric thickness and metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods A total of 391 middle-aged and elderly residents in a community of Shenyang were randomly selected, including 155 cases in MS group and 236 cases in non-MS (NMS) group. The local mesenteric thickness was measured by ultrasound, and the correlation between mesenteric thickness and MS and its components was analyzed. Results the mesenteric thickness in MS group and NMS group was (3.51 鹵0.94), (2.84 鹵0.83) cm, P 0.01, respectively. After adjusting blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, age and sex, the thickness of mesentery was related to MS (OR 1.6895 CI 1.19 2.39 P0.01). After adjusting for age and sex, there was a positive correlation between mesentery thickness and waist circumference in both MS group and NMS group (r = 0.44-0.49). There was a positive correlation between mesenteric thickness and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in MS group (r = 0.19 P 0.05). Conclusion the thickness of mesentery is correlated with the incidence of MS, the thicker the mesentery, the higher the risk of MS, and the thickness of mesentery is positively correlated with the degree of central obesity and blood pressure in patients with MS.
