【摘要】：目的探討干細(xì)胞移植聯(lián)合活血生肌湯治療糖尿病足(DF)伴下肢慢性缺血的療效。方法 90例DF伴下肢慢性缺血患者隨機(jī)分成常規(guī)組(常規(guī)治療組)、干細(xì)胞組(干細(xì)胞移植+常規(guī)治療)和綜合組(干細(xì)胞移植+活血生肌湯+常規(guī)治療)各30例,均治療12 w。比較治療前后各組的間接性跛行評(píng)分、皮膚溫度、裸臂指數(shù)(ABI)、疼痛評(píng)分、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)水平以及潰瘍面積和深度變化情況,并觀察各組療效情況。結(jié)果與治療前相比,干細(xì)胞組和綜合組治療后間接性跛行評(píng)分、疼痛評(píng)分均顯著降低,ABI、皮膚溫度均顯著增加(P0.05)。治療后間接性跛行評(píng)分、疼痛評(píng)分常規(guī)組干細(xì)胞組綜合組,兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而ABI、皮膚溫度均常規(guī)組干細(xì)胞組綜合組,兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3組Hb A1c比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。治療后干細(xì)胞、綜合組潰瘍面積和深度均降低,且常規(guī)組干細(xì)胞組綜合組,兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后干細(xì)胞組、綜合組的總有效率均明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)組(P0.05)。結(jié)論干細(xì)胞移植技術(shù)是治療DF伴下肢慢性缺血的有效方法,與中藥合用可以提高干細(xì)胞移植技術(shù)的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of stem cell transplantation combined with Huoxue Shengji decoction on diabetic foot (DF) with lower limb chronic ischemia. Methods 90 DF patients with chronic lower limb ischemia were randomly divided into conventional group, stem cell group (stem cell transplantation routine treatment) and comprehensive group (stem cell transplantation Huoxue Shengji decoction routine treatment) for 12 weeks. Indirect claudication score, skin temperature, bare arm index (ABI),) pain score, Hb A1c level, ulcer area and depth were compared before and after treatment. Results compared with before treatment, the scores of indirect claudication and pain in stem cell group and comprehensive group were significantly decreased, and the skin temperature of ABI, was significantly increased (P0.05). After treatment, the score of indirect claudication and pain score were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05), while the skin temperature of ABI, was normal stem cell group (P05). The differences were statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Hb A1c among the 3 groups (P0.05). After treatment, the area and depth of ulcer were decreased in the comprehensive group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of stem cell group and comprehensive group were significantly better than that of routine group (P0.05). Conclusion Stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of DF with chronic ischemia of lower extremity.
