腸道菌群變化對(duì)中暑腸黏膜屏障的影響

【摘要】:中暑使腸黏膜屏障功能受損,導(dǎo)致細(xì)菌及內(nèi)毒素血癥并引起續(xù)貫性器官損傷。因此,保護(hù)腸道屏障功能可作為防治中暑的中心環(huán)節(jié)。腸道菌群對(duì)腸道機(jī)械屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障都有重要影響,菌群變化造成腸道屏障破壞,腸源性細(xì)菌和內(nèi)毒素進(jìn)入循環(huán)增加,產(chǎn)生炎癥因子,成為中暑發(fā)生的重要誘因,也是中暑病程進(jìn)展的重要因素。補(bǔ)充益生菌可以改善屏障功能,減輕內(nèi)毒素血癥及炎癥因子水平。因此,從腸道菌群影響的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)尋找"靶點(diǎn)",發(fā)現(xiàn)與中暑相關(guān)性高的益生菌,針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和干預(yù),以對(duì)抗腸黏膜屏障破壞,可能成為將來(lái)中暑治療和預(yù)防的有效策略。
[Abstract]:Heat stroke impairs the intestinal mucosal barrier, leads to bacterial and endotoxemia, and causes persistent organ damage. Therefore, the protection of intestinal barrier function can be taken as a central link in the prevention and treatment of heat stroke. Intestinal flora has an important effect on the intestinal mechanical barrier, microbial barrier and immune barrier. The change of flora results in the destruction of intestinal barrier, the increase of enterogenic bacteria and endotoxin in circulation, and the production of inflammatory factors, which are the important inducements for the occurrence of heatstroke. It is also an important factor in the progression of heatstroke. Supplementation of probiotics can improve barrier function and reduce endotoxemia and inflammatory factors. Therefore, we should look for the "target" from the related links of intestinal flora, find probiotics with high correlation with heatstroke, and carry out targeted supplementation and intervention in order to resist the destruction of intestinal mucosal barrier. It may be an effective strategy for the treatment and prevention of heatstroke in the future.
