【摘要】：目的:檢測TIDM患者血清中t TGA、GADA、Zn T8A及IA-2A的水平,探討其臨床意義。方法:選取自2013年3月至2014年10月在青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、青海省人民醫(yī)院、青海省紅十字醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科住院的T1DM患者共計(jì)42例,男性19例,女性23例,新診斷的T2DM患者38例,男性20例,女性18例,此外,選擇41例健康成年人作為對照組,T1DM、T2DM和對照組均在清晨空腹抽靜脈血,靜脈血經(jīng)離心后收集,應(yīng)用放射配體法檢測其t TGA、GADA、Zn T8A及IA-2A水平,計(jì)算其抗體指數(shù),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:T1DM患者血清的t TGA、GADA、Zn T8A及IA-2A抗體指數(shù)和陽性率均高于T2DM組和對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在T1DM中,t TGA抗體陽性率高于GADA、IA-2A、Zn T8A,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在T1DM中,t TGA的靈敏度優(yōu)于GADA、IA-2A、Zn T8A,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:T1DM中,t TGA、GADA、IA-2A、Zn T8A抗體指數(shù)及陽性率顯著高于T2DM和對照組,這些抗體陽性的人群應(yīng)定期監(jiān)測血糖,以便早發(fā)現(xiàn)早治療。在T1DM中,t TGA與GADA、IA-2A、Zn T8A的特異度相似,但靈敏度優(yōu)于GADA、IA-2A及Zn T8A,在臨床應(yīng)用中可能更有價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of t TGA,GADA,Zn T 8 A and IA-2A in serum of TIDM patients. Methods: from March 2013 to October 2014, 42 T1DM patients, including 19 males, 23 females, 38 newly diagnosed T2DM patients, were selected from Qinghai Provincial people's Hospital, Qinghai Provincial people's Hospital and Qinghai Red Cross Hospital. There were 20 males and 18 females. In addition, 41 healthy adults were selected as control group. Both T1DMN T2DM and control group received venous blood on an empty stomach in the morning. The venous blood was collected after centrifugation, and its t TGA,GADA, was detected by radioligand assay. The levels of Zn T 8A and IA-2A were calculated and the antibody index was analyzed statistically. Results: the serum t TGA,GADA,Zn T8A and IA-2A antibody index and positive rate of T1DM patients were higher than those of T2DM group and control group (P0.05). The positive rate of, t TGA antibody in T1DM was higher than that in GADA,IA-2A,Zn T8A, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the sensitivity of, t TGA in T1DM was better than that of GADA,IA-2A,Zn T8A, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the antibody index and positive rate of t TGA,GADA,IA-2A,Zn T8A in T1DM are significantly higher than those in T2DM and control group. The specificity of, t TGA and GADA,IA-2A,Zn T8A in T1DM is similar, but the sensitivity is superior to that of GADA,IA-2A and Zn T8A, which may be more valuable in clinical application.
