絕經后骨質疏松癥證素與性激素、骨密度、體重指數(shù)的相關性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to make syndrome differentiation scale based on syndrome element differentiation to analyze the characteristics of syndrome element in postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) patients, and to study the correlation between PMOP syndromes and sex hormone level, bone mineral density, body mass index. To provide the basis for establishing the diagnosis model of PMOP syndrome element. Methods: 120 patients with PMOP were divided into 4 groups according to their syndromes: kidney deficiency, phlegm dampness, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and kidney deficiency qi stagnation. Sex hormone, bone mineral density and body mass index were investigated. The correlation between sex hormone, bone mineral density (BMD) and body mass index (BMI) was investigated by SPSS17.0 software. Results: sex hormone, bone mineral density and body mass index were characteristic indexes of PMOP, which were closely related to kidney, qi stagnation, phlegm dampness and blood stasis syndrome factors. Conclusion: 1. Postmenopausal osteoporosis is characterized by kidney syndrome, Qi stagnation, phlegm dampness and blood stasis. 2.PMOP syndrome has negative correlation with Pro,T,E2, phlegm dampness, qi stagnation and blood stasis. PRL showed positive correlation. 3.PMOP syndromes were correlated with BMI, and BMI had positive and negative effects on osteoporosis. 4. 4. Bone mineral density (BMD) was correlated with PMOP syndromes, and the BMD content of different syndromes was very different.
