薯蕷粥對(duì)2型糖尿病腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌及血糖影響研究

【摘要】:目的探討薯蕷粥對(duì)2型糖尿病患者腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌及血糖的影響,從腸道菌群的角度為糖尿病的防治提供新的干預(yù)靶點(diǎn)。方法根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),納入2015年4月至10月福建省立醫(yī)院糖尿病健康教育俱樂部的2型糖尿病患者90例,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各45例。對(duì)照組給予健康教育與門診隨訪,試驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上每天早上服用薯蕷粥1次,連續(xù)干預(yù)12周。對(duì)兩組患者干預(yù)前后腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌、血糖運(yùn)用方案數(shù)據(jù)分析(per-protocol population,PP)和意向性分析(Intention to treat,ITT)法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果組間PP和ITT比較分析顯示:試驗(yàn)組腸道內(nèi)青春雙歧桿菌、嬰兒雙歧桿菌數(shù)量均高于對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)組空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);ITT分析顯示:試驗(yàn)組雙歧桿菌總菌量高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本研究顯示,薯蕷粥具有調(diào)節(jié)2型糖尿病患者腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌生長(zhǎng)、降低空腹血糖和早餐后2 h血糖的作用,降糖作用和腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌的關(guān)系還有待進(jìn)一步揭示。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Dioscorea zingiberensis on intestinal bifidobacterium and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to provide a new intervention target for the prevention and treatment of diabetes from the point of view of intestinal flora. Methods according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were included in the diabetes health education club of Fujian Provincial Hospital from April to October 2015. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45). The control group was given health education and outpatient follow-up. On this basis, the experimental group took dioscorea once every morning and intervened continuously for 12 weeks. Two groups of patients before and after intervention of intestinal bifidobacterium, blood glucose using program data analysis (per-protocol population,PP) and intentionality analysis of (Intention to treat,ITT were analyzed. Results the comparative analysis of PP and ITT showed that the number of bifidobacterium and Bifidobacterium infantile in the intestinal tract of the trial group was higher than that in the control group, and the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast in the trial group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). ITT analysis showed that the total number of Bifidobacterium in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Dioscorea zingiberensis can regulate the growth of bifidobacterium in intestinal tract of patients with type 2 diabetes and decrease fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast. The relationship between hypoglycemic effect and intestinal bifidobacterium should be further revealed.
