【摘要】：正1前言富馬酸二甲酯(Dimethyl fumarate,DMF)是一類將富馬酸酯化后再利用甲醇重結(jié)晶得到的酯化物,用途十分廣泛。在食品領(lǐng)域,其被用作食品抑菌劑,用于食品的防腐和保鮮~([1])。20世紀(jì)50年代DMF開始應(yīng)用于臨床銀屑病的治療,隨著銀屑病免疫致病機(jī)制逐漸被揭示,DMF的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用也被進(jìn)一步深入研究~([2])。2013年DMF被FDA批準(zhǔn)用于多發(fā)性硬化的治療,近年來(lái)DMF在其他免疫相關(guān)性疾病
[Abstract]:Dimethyl fumarate (Dimethyl fumarate,DMF) is a kind of esterified compounds obtained by esterification of fumaric acid and recrystallization of methanol. In the field of food, it is used as a bacteriostatic agent for antiseptic and fresh-keeping of food. In 1950s, DMF was applied to the treatment of clinical psoriasis, and the mechanism of psoriasis immune pathogenesis was gradually revealed. The immunomodulatory effect of DMF has also been further studied. DMF was approved by FDA in 2013 for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, and DMF has been used in other immune-related diseases in recent years.
