【摘要】：目的調(diào)查廣州天河區(qū)絕經(jīng)后婦女維生素D水平及其與骨密度的關(guān)系。方法隨機(jī)選取2015年4月至2015年8月在廣州市天河區(qū)前進(jìn)街社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心體檢的109名絕經(jīng)后婦女,年齡49~75歲。檢測(cè)血清25(OH)D水平,分析血清25(OH)D水平與骨轉(zhuǎn)換指標(biāo)和骨密度(BMD)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 25.7%的受試者血清25(OH)D水平≥75 nmol/L,41.3%在50~75 nmol/L之間,33.0%低于50 nmol/L。雙變量分析顯示血清25(OH)D水平與血清PINP、β-CTX水平無相關(guān)性。股骨頸BMD與血清25(OH)D正相關(guān)(r=0.373,P=0.030),校正年齡和體重指數(shù)(BMI)后,相關(guān)性仍存在(r=0.174,P=0.049)。多元回歸分析顯示年齡、BMI、25(OH)D是股骨頸BMD的預(yù)測(cè)因子(R2=0.325)。結(jié)論絕經(jīng)后女性廣泛存在血清25(OH)D不足或缺乏,血清25(OH)D水平與股骨頸BMD正相關(guān),適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充維生素D對(duì)維持股骨頸區(qū)域的骨量至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between vitamin D level and bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal women in Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
