【摘要】：回顧性分析1例胰腺纖維鈣化性糖尿病(FCPD)患者的臨床資料及相關(guān)文獻,探討FCPD的臨床特點,提高對疾病的認(rèn)識�；颊吣�,31歲,非洲籍,無慢性胰腺炎病史及飲酒史,以急性腹痛就診。BMI為19.1 kg/m~2,高血糖伴DKA。入院隨機BG 62.94 mmol/L,HbA_1c 21.1%,FC-P 0.24μg/L、2 hC-P 0.18μg/L,胰島自身抗體陰性。胰腺MRI顯示:胰腺萎縮伴胰管明顯擴張并胰管內(nèi)多發(fā)結(jié)石。根據(jù)患者臨床特點及輔助檢查結(jié)果,考慮FCPD。良好的血糖控制是FCPD治療的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:A case of pancreatic fibrocalcified diabetes mellitus (FCPD) was retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features of FCPD were discussed to improve the understanding of the disease. The patient, 31 years old, African, had no history of chronic pancreatitis or alcohol consumption and was treated with acute abdominal pain. BMI was 19.1 kg/m~2, hyperglycemia with DKA. At random BG 62.94 mmol/L,HbA_1c 21.1were found to be FC-P 0.24 渭 g / L, 2 hC-P 0.18 渭 g / L, islet autoantibodies were negative. Pancreatic MRI showed atrophy of pancreas with obvious dilatation of pancreatic duct and multiple calculi in pancreatic duct. According to the clinical characteristics of patients and the results of auxiliary examination, FCPD. was considered. Good blood glucose control is the basis of FCPD therapy.
