【摘要】：目的:觀察中醫(yī)辨證論治聯(lián)合甲氨蝶呤治療類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)的近遠(yuǎn)期療效。方法:將86例RA患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組各43例。對(duì)照組給予甲氨蝶呤治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上予以中醫(yī)辨證論治,比較兩組療效、臨床癥狀、實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)、Th17/Treg細(xì)胞變化情況與復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為90.70%高于對(duì)照組的72.09%,6個(gè)月復(fù)發(fā)率為6.98%低于對(duì)照組23.26%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后28個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)疼痛數(shù)、關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、晨僵時(shí)間低于對(duì)照組,ESR、RF、IL-1、TNF-α、CRP低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后Th17/CD4+T細(xì)胞低于對(duì)照組,Treg/CD4+T細(xì)胞高于對(duì)照組,組間比較有差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用中醫(yī)辨證論治聯(lián)合甲氨蝶呤治療RA可改善機(jī)體免疫紊亂,緩解臨床癥狀,降低疾病復(fù)發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the short-and long-term curative effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with TCM syndrome differentiation and methotrexate. Methods: 86 patients with RA were divided into control group (43 cases) and treatment group (43 cases). The control group was treated with methotrexate, the treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation, and the curative effect, clinical symptoms, laboratory index, Th17/Treg cell change and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70% higher than that of the control group 72.09%, the recurrence rate of 6 months was 6.98% lower than that of the control group 23.26, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The number of joint pain, joint swelling, morning stiffness time, ESR,RF,IL-1,TNF- 偽 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P0.05). After treatment, Th17/CD4 T cells and Treg/CD4 T cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of RA with TCM syndrome differentiation and methotrexate can improve the immune disorder, relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
