甲狀旁腺素的生物學研究與成骨作用

【摘要】:甲狀旁腺素(PTH)是由甲狀旁腺主細胞合成分泌的、含有84個氨基酸的堿性單鏈多肽,是調節(jié)血鈣、磷水平的主要激素之一,可促使血鈣水平升高,血磷水平下降。PTH可精細調節(jié)骨的合成、分解代謝,對成骨細胞和破骨細胞的分化、成熟、凋亡發(fā)揮重要作用。本文綜述了PTH的化學結構、生理作用、生物學研究成果及PTH的臨床應用。PTH對Ⅰ型骨質疏松(絕經后骨質疏松癥)、Ⅱ型骨質疏松(老年骨質疏松癥)、雌激素缺乏的年輕婦女及糖皮質激素所致的骨質疏松癥均有治療作用,能顯著升高骨密度,并能降低患者骨質疏松性骨折發(fā)生率,加速骨折愈合。甲狀旁腺素在臨床骨質疏松治療、骨質疏松性骨折的治療中都具有重要的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is synthesized and secreted by parathyroid gland main cells. It contains 84 amino acids, and is one of the main hormones regulating serum calcium and phosphorus levels. PTH can fine regulate bone synthesis, catabolism and play an important role in differentiation, maturation and apoptosis of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
