【摘要】：正思諾思和安坦均為CNS用藥,大量服用兩種藥物所致中毒臨床未有報道,現(xiàn)將本院成功救治1例兩藥重度中毒患者報告如下。1病例男,64歲,因"口服思諾思(10 mg)100~120片,安坦(2 mg)200~300片后18 h"于2015年11月29日入本院急診�；颊叱驶杳誀�,伴嘔吐,嘔吐物為胃內(nèi)容物�；颊呒韧信两鹕�、焦慮癥、睡眠障礙病史,長期口服思諾思和安坦。
[Abstract]:Both CNS and Antan are used by CNS. There is no report of poisoning caused by taking a large number of two drugs. The successful treatment of one patient with severe poisoning caused by two drugs in our hospital is reported as follows: 1 case male, 64 years old, because of "oral administration of Snoxus (10 mg) 100D, 120 tablets." Anthan (2 mg) was admitted to the emergency department on November 29, 2015. The patient was in a coma with vomiting and vomit was a gastric substance. The patient had a history of Parkinson's disease, anxiety disorder, sleep disorders, and long-term oral administration of Snox and Anthan.
