【摘要】：目的探討糖尿病患者1,5-脫水葡萄糖醇(AG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、血糖(Glu)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)與胰島素水平相關(guān)性及其診斷價值。方法利用生化檢測法、發(fā)光免疫檢測法,檢測30例確診(按照WHO標準)為糖尿病的患者的1,5-AG、GSP、Glu、HbA1c及胰島素水平,將其設為觀察組;并且以同樣的方法檢測30例正常健康者的1,5-AG、GSP、Glu、HbA1c及胰島素水平,將其設為對照組,觀察比較這兩組患者中檢驗項目的差別,總結(jié)彼此之間的相關(guān)性以及對糖尿病臨床診斷所起到的作用。結(jié)果觀察組患者的GSP、1,5-AG、HbA1c以及胰島素水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者的Glu檢測水平明顯低于對照組;糖尿病患者Glu與GSP、1,5-AG、HbA1c及胰島素之間均呈負相關(guān)。結(jié)論糖尿病患者1,5-AG、GSP、Glu、HbA1c及胰島素之間具有較好的相關(guān)性,對糖尿病臨床診斷具有重要的指導意義,能夠真實、客觀地反映出病變情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between insulin level and serum (GSP), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and insulin level in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods the levels of HbA1c and insulin in 30 patients with diabetes mellitus (according to WHO standard) were detected by biochemical assay and luminescence immunoassay. The levels of HbA1c and HbA1c in Glu-GSPN of 30 normal controls were measured with the same method, and the difference of test items between the two groups was observed and compared. To summarize the correlation between each other and the role of diabetes in clinical diagnosis. Results the levels of GSP,1,5-AG,HbA1c and insulin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05), and the Glu levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was a negative correlation between Glu, GSP,1,5-AG,HbA1c and insulin in diabetic patients. Conclusion there is a good correlation between HbA1c and insulin in patients with diabetes mellitus. It has important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis of diabetes, and can reflect the pathological changes objectively and truly.
