【摘要】：正艾滋病的誘發(fā)因素為人類免疫缺陷病毒。在醫(yī)療保障方面,流動(dòng)人群沒有得到有效的保護(hù),對(duì)艾滋病的抵御方面屬于弱勢(shì)群體[1,2]。因此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)流動(dòng)人員對(duì)艾滋病的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解,充分重艾滋病的預(yù)防和治療。本研究比較了綜合防治干預(yù)模式與常規(guī)防治干預(yù)模式對(duì)流動(dòng)人員艾滋病的預(yù)防效果。1資料與方法1.1一般資料選2014年5月至2016年4月習(xí)水縣流動(dòng)人員80例。依據(jù)艾滋病防治干預(yù)模式分為綜合干預(yù)組(40例)和常規(guī)干預(yù)組(40例)。兩組人員的一般資料比較差異均不顯著(P0.05),具有可比性。
[Abstract]:Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is the inducing factor of positive AIDS. In the aspect of medical security, the floating population has not been effectively protected, and the resistance to AIDS belongs to the vulnerable group [1 / 2]. Therefore, we should strengthen the knowledge and understanding of AIDS among the floating personnel, and pay full attention to the prevention and treatment of AIDS. This study compared the prevention effect of comprehensive prevention and treatment intervention model with that of routine intervention model on floating population. 1 data and method 1.1 General data selected 80 floating persons from May 2014 to April 2016 in Xishui County. According to the model of AIDS prevention and treatment, the patients were divided into comprehensive intervention group (40 cases) and routine intervention group (40 cases). There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups (P0.05), which was comparable.
