【摘要】：目的:代謝綜合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是由多種代謝成分異常聚集并以代謝紊亂為特征的復雜癥候群,隨其發(fā)病率的升高,大大增加了糖尿病、心血管等疾病的發(fā)生,已成為全世界關注的焦點。近年來,隨著人們對MS認識的不斷完善、深入,越來越多的研究顯示:頸圍與MS具有一定的相關性。本研究旨在探討頸圍預測MS的可行性和價值,并確定頸圍預測MS的最佳切點。方法:收集2016年6月至2016年11月于邢臺市人民醫(yī)院體檢中心進行健康體檢并資料完整者809例作為研究對象。記錄患者一般情況:性別、年齡、職業(yè)、既往病史、體格測量指標(身高、體重、血壓、頸圍、腰圍),計算體重指數(shù)(BMI)。實驗室指標(血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、總膽固醇、轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、肌酐、血尿酸)。使用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS17.0對以上數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結(jié)果:1本研究809名研究對象中,MS總檢出率為19.16%,其中男性檢出率22.37%,女性檢出率16.43%,男性MS檢出率高于女性,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,不同年齡組間檢出率差異在男女性中均有統(tǒng)計學意義,且檢出率隨年齡增加呈上升趨勢。2隨著頸圍四分位數(shù)的增加,男性女性中體重、BMI、腰圍、收縮壓、舒張壓、TG的均值是增加的,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義。3男性頸圍預測MS的最佳切點為38.5cm,女性頸圍預測MS的最佳切點為34.5cm。結(jié)論:1頸圍增大與代謝綜合征的發(fā)病密切相關,對MS的早期預測及預防有重要意義。2男性頸圍38.5cm、女性頸圍34.5cm可作為預測MS的最佳切點。
[Abstract]:Objective: metabolic syndrome (metabolic syndrome,MS) is a complex syndrome characterized by abnormal accumulation of various metabolic components and characterized by metabolic disorder. With the increase of its incidence, the incidence of diabetes, cardiovascular and other diseases is greatly increased. Has become the focus of attention around the world. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's understanding of MS, more and more research shows that neck circumference and MS have a certain correlation. The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility and value of neck circumference in predicting MS and to determine the optimal tangent point of neck circumference for MS prediction. Methods: from June 2016 to November 2016, 809 patients with complete data were collected from the physical examination Center of Xingtai people's Hospital. Record patient's general situation: gender, age, occupation, past medical history, physical measurements (height, weight, blood pressure, neck circumference, waist circumference), calculate body mass index (BMI).) Laboratory parameters (blood glucose, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol, transaminase, creatinine, uric acid). Use the statistical software SPSS17.0 to analyze the above data. Results: 1 among 809 subjects in this study, the total detection rate of MS was 19.16. The detection rate of male was 22.37 and that of female was 16.43. The detection rate of MS in male was higher than that in female, the difference was statistically significant. The difference of detection rate among different age groups was statistically significant in both sexes, and the positive rate increased with the increase of age. 2 with the increase of cervical circumference quartile, weight, BMI, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure in male and female. The mean value of TG was increased, and the difference was statistically significant. 3 the best point of neck circumference for predicting MS was 38.5 cm for male and 34.5 cm for MS in female. Conclusion: 1 the increase of neck circumference is closely related to the onset of metabolic syndrome, which is of great significance for early prediction and prevention of MS. 2male neck circumference 38.5 cm, female neck circumference 34.5cm can be used as the best point to predict MS.
