【摘要】：目的調(diào)查江蘇省2012年和2014年老年人心理健康狀況并分析其主要影響因素。方法對象為江蘇省所轄13個市(不含縣級市)的年齡在60周歲及以上的老年人,2012年2 733人,2014年2 988人。采用90項(xiàng)癥狀清單(SCL-90)作為評定工具。結(jié)果江蘇省老年人的軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感性、抑郁和焦慮等因子得分顯著高于全國平均水平(ts3.31,Ps0.01)。與2012年相比,在2014年的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)中,男性老年人的抑郁和焦慮因子得分顯著增加;60~69周歲老年人的人際關(guān)系敏感性因子得分顯著增加;蘇南地區(qū)老年人的人際關(guān)系敏感性因子得分顯著增加,蘇北地區(qū)老年人人際關(guān)系敏感性因子得分顯著降低。結(jié)論江蘇省老年人的心理健康狀況不容樂觀,且有不良心理癥狀的老年人的比例呈上升趨勢,地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和心理健康狀況呈逆行關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of the elderly in Jiangsu Province in 2012 and 2014 and to analyze its main influencing factors. Methods the subjects of 13 cities (excluding county-level cities) under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province were the elderly aged 60 and above, 2 733 in 2012 and 2 988 in 2014. 90 symptom lists (SCL-90) were used as assessment tools. Results the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety were significantly higher than the national average (ts3.31,Ps0.01). Compared with 2012, the scores of depression and anxiety factors in male elderly increased significantly in 2014, and the interpersonal sensitivity factor scores of 60 to 69 years old increased significantly. The scores of interpersonal sensitivity factors increased significantly in the south of Jiangsu province and decreased significantly in the north of Jiangsu province. Conclusion the mental health status of the elderly in Jiangsu Province is not optimistic, and the proportion of the elderly with bad psychological symptoms is on the rise, and the regional economy and mental health are retrograde.
