基于TRPM8通道研究薄荷醇對哮喘小鼠氣道反應(yīng)性及肺組織病理學(xué)的影響

【摘要】:研究TRPM8通道在支氣管哮喘發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用,以及薄荷醇(Menthol)對哮喘小鼠氣道反應(yīng)性及肺組織病理學(xué)的影響。觀察Menthol對TRPM8野生型(+/+)和敲除型(-/-)小鼠氣道反應(yīng)性及肺組織病理學(xué)改變的影響。Menthol可緩解肺組織病理進(jìn)程,而Menthol對TRPM8-/-型哮喘小鼠無改善作用。
[Abstract]:To study the role of TRPM8 channel in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and the effect of menthol (Menthol) on airway responsiveness and lung histopathology in asthmatic mice. To observe the effect of Menthol on airway reactivity and lung histopathological changes in TRPM8 wild-type (/) and knockout (- / -) mice, Menthol could alleviate the pathological process of lung tissue, but Menthol had no effect on TRPM8-/- asthmatic mice.
