【摘要】：伴隨生育年齡推遲及全面開放"二孩"政策,有生育需求的高齡女性顯著增多。而與其他器官相比,卵巢最易受年齡的影響。女性年齡相關(guān)的卵母細(xì)胞數(shù)量減少和質(zhì)量下降共同決定了卵巢衰老。線粒體與卵胞質(zhì)成熟密切相關(guān),是卵巢衰老的決定要素。進(jìn)一步了解線粒體與卵巢衰老的關(guān)系及探索改善卵母細(xì)胞質(zhì)量的可能措施,將有助于為高齡女性提供更好的治療策略,提高高齡女性的妊娠率。
[Abstract]:With the delay of childbearing age and the full opening of the "two-child" policy, the number of elderly women with fertility needs increased significantly. Compared with other organs, the ovary is most susceptible to age. The decline in the number and quality of age-related oocytes in women determines ovarian aging. Mitochondria are closely related to oocyte maturation and are the determinants of ovarian senescence. Further understanding the relationship between mitochondria and ovarian aging and exploring the possible measures to improve the quality of oocytes will help to provide better treatment strategies for the elderly women and improve the pregnancy rate of the elderly women.
