【摘要】：目的了解某醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生尋求艾滋病相關(guān)知識的意愿、途徑及其所在院校的健康教育和服務(wù)環(huán)境狀況,為進(jìn)一步開展艾滋病健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,利用《大學(xué)生預(yù)防艾滋病知識與能力調(diào)查問卷》,對某醫(yī)學(xué)院校兩個(gè)年級7個(gè)專業(yè)的1000名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷1000份,回收有效問卷632份,有效回收率為63.2%。其中男生286人(45.5%),女生343人(54.5%)。87.5%的被調(diào)查學(xué)生希望了解艾滋病相關(guān)知識,其中女生高于男生,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.266,P0.05)。但僅有23.1%(145/632)學(xué)生主動(dòng)了解過艾滋病相關(guān)知識。主動(dòng)了解知識的同學(xué)中,81.4%(118/145)的學(xué)生希望通過學(xué)校健康教育獲得艾滋病相關(guān)知識,但實(shí)際上71.7%(60/145)的學(xué)生是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲得的。64.3%的學(xué)生知道學(xué)校開展過艾滋病健康教育,僅46.1%感到滿意。超過70%的學(xué)生對學(xué)校提供的艾滋病服務(wù)不了解。年級差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論為更好滿足大學(xué)生對艾滋病相關(guān)知識和服務(wù)的需求,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步改善學(xué)校提供的艾滋病服務(wù)內(nèi)容和健康教育方式,提高學(xué)校艾滋病健康教育能力,并注重提高學(xué)生尋求艾滋病相關(guān)知識的積極性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the students' desire and ways of seeking AIDS related knowledge and their health education and service environment in a medical college so as to provide evidence for further development of AIDS health education. Methods 1000 students of 7 major in two grades in a medical college were investigated by adopting stratified cluster sampling and questionnaire of AIDS prevention knowledge and ability of college students. Results A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed and 632 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 63.22. There were 286 boys (45.5%) and 343 girls (54.5%). 87.5% of the surveyed students wanted to know about AIDS knowledge, among which girls were higher than boys, the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 4.266). But only 23.1% (145 / 632) of students have actively learned about AIDS. Among the students who took the initiative to understand the knowledge, 81.4% (118 / 145) of the students wanted to acquire AIDS-related knowledge through school health education. But in fact, 71.7 percent (60 / 145) of students are online. 64.3 percent of students know that the school has AIDS health education, and only 46.1 percent are satisfied. More than 70% of students do not understand the AIDS services provided by the school. Grade difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion in order to better meet the needs of college students for AIDS-related knowledge and services, it is necessary to further improve the content of AIDS services and the ways of health education provided by schools, and improve the ability of AIDS health education in schools. And pay attention to improve the enthusiasm of students seeking AIDS-related knowledge.
