【摘要】：研究不同頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)糖尿病病人Resistin分泌的影響;實(shí)驗(yàn)將2015年8月至2015年9月某醫(yī)院收治的60例糖尿病病人作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)將其劃分成對(duì)照組、低頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組和中等頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組,對(duì)照組患者只進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理、血糖監(jiān)控和降糖治療,低頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上散步、慢走,對(duì)中等頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上快走和慢跑。實(shí)驗(yàn)后低頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組糖化血紅蛋白顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),中等頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組糖化血紅蛋白低于對(duì)照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)后中等頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組空腹血糖低于對(duì)照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01)。實(shí)驗(yàn)后低頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組TC、TG、LDL含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)后中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組TC、TG、LDL含量明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01),HDL含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)后低頻率有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組胰島素含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)后中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組胰島素含量明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01),Resistin含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。說(shuō)明有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠降低血清Resistin含量,有助于糖尿病病人的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of different frequency aerobic exercise on Resistin secretion in diabetic patients. From August 2015 to September 2015, 60 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group, low frequency aerobic exercise group and moderate frequency aerobic exercise group. Blood glucose monitoring and hypoglycemic treatment, low-frequency aerobic exercise group on the basis of the control group walking, walking slowly, moderate frequency aerobic exercise group on the basis of the control group fast walking and jogging. After the experiment, the glycosylated hemoglobin in the low frequency aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the glycosylated hemoglobin in the moderate frequency aerobic exercise group was lower than that in the control group (P0.01). The fasting blood glucose in the moderate frequency aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01). The TC,TG,LDL content in low frequency aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that in control group (P0.05). The TC,TG,LDL content of moderate intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.01), HDL content was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). The insulin content in the low frequency aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The insulin content in the moderate intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group after the experiment, and the difference was very significant (P0.01), Resistin content was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). It shows that aerobic exercise can reduce serum Resistin content and is helpful to the rehabilitation of diabetic patients.
