【摘要】：目的探討老年女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸(UA)、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)與骨密度的關(guān)系。方法采用雙能X線吸收法測(cè)定老年女性T2DM患者及正常對(duì)照組患者腰椎及左股骨頸的BMD,檢測(cè)其空腹及餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)、血尿酸(UA)、血清鈣(ALP)、血清磷、血清總堿性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)。結(jié)果 (1)老年女性T2DM患者腰椎、左股骨頸BMD值顯著低于正常對(duì)照組,UA水平顯著高于正常對(duì)照組(P0.05)。(2)老年女性T2DM患者高UA組L1~L3 BMD值顯著低于正常UA組(P0.05)。(3)Logistic回歸分析示,年齡、T2DM和血UA是老年女性骨質(zhì)疏松或骨含量降低的危險(xiǎn)因素,而外周白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)則為保護(hù)因素(OR值分別為1.108、5.911、1.005、0.689,P0.05)。結(jié)論老年女性T2DM患者BMD降低,定期檢測(cè)血UA水平和外周白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),可預(yù)測(cè)老年女性T2DM患者的BMD。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (UA), leukocyte count and bone mineral density in elderly women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods double energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure BMD, of lumbar vertebrae and left femoral neck in elderly women with T2DM and normal controls. Fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose (Hb A1c) and serum uric acid (UA), were measured. Serum calcium (ALP), serum phosphorus, serum total alkaline phosphatase (ALP), leukocyte count, lymphocyte count. Results (1) the BMD values of lumbar vertebrae and left femoral neck in elderly women with T2DM were significantly lower than those in normal controls. The level of UA was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P0.05). (2). The L1~L3 BMD value of the elderly women with high UA was significantly lower than that of the normal UA group (P0.05). (3). T2DM and blood UA were the risk factors of osteoporosis or decrease of bone content in elderly women, while peripheral white blood cell count was the protective factor (OR value was 1.108 / 5.9111.005 / 0.689). Conclusion the serum UA level and peripheral white blood cell count are measured regularly in elderly women with T2DM, which can be used to predict BMD. in elderly women with T2DM.
