【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省飲水型地方性氟中毒病區(qū)氟中毒的現(xiàn)狀。方法于2015年,選擇江蘇省徐州、連云港、宿遷、淮安、射陽五個市的26個氟中毒病區(qū)縣的全部病區(qū)村,調(diào)查改水工程運(yùn)行情況并檢測水氟濃度,采用Dean法進(jìn)行8~12歲兒童氟斑牙檢查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查病區(qū)村2 090個,檢查8~12歲兒童149 034人,氟斑牙檢出率28.33%,氟斑牙指數(shù)0.52。各地區(qū)兒童氟斑牙檢出率依次為徐州連云港鹽城宿遷淮安,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=1 648.173,P0.05);徐州呈輕微流行,連云港呈邊緣流行,淮安、宿遷、鹽城呈陰性。1981—2000年改水村兒童氟斑牙的檢出率低于2001—2015年,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=606.953,P0.05)。改水且正常使用、改水但不正常使用、未改水病區(qū)村氟斑牙檢出率分別為27.04%、41.59%、37.98%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=83.412,P0.05)。隨著水氟濃度的升高,兒童氟斑牙的檢出率呈升高趨勢,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=894.696,P0.05)。男童、女童的氟斑牙檢出率分別為28.47%和28.16%,兩者間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=1.084,P0.05)。不同年齡兒童氟斑牙的檢出率間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=161.356,P0.05);且以9歲組(30.33%)最高,以12歲組(26.17%)最低。結(jié)論 2015年江蘇省飲水型氟中毒病情得到一定控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of fluorosis in endemic fluorosis areas of Jiangsu province. Methods in 2015, all the villages of 26 fluorosis counties in Xuzhou, Lianyungang, Suqian, Huai'an and Sheyang were selected to investigate the operation of water improvement project and to detect the water fluoride concentration. Dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 years old was examined by Dean method. Results A total of 2 090 villages were investigated and 149 034 children aged 12 years old were examined. The detection rate of dental fluorosis was 28.33 and the dental fluorosis index was 0. 52. The detectable rate of dental fluorosis was Huai'an in Suqian, Lianyungang, Xuzhou, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (1 648.173) P 0.05). In Xuzhou, Lianyungang was marginal, Huai'an, Suqian and Yancheng were negative. From 1981 to 2000, the prevalence rate of fluorosis was lower than that of 2001-2015 (蠂 ~ 2606.953P 0.05). The detectable rate of dental fluorosis in the villages without changing water was 27.04 / 41.59 and 37.98, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (83.412) P 0.05). With the increase of fluoride concentration in water, the detection rate of dental fluorosis in children showed an increasing trend, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2) 894.696). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in boys and girls was 28.47% and 28.16, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (1.084) P 0.05). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children of different ages was significantly different (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (161.356) P 0.05), and was the highest in the age of 9 (30.33%) and the lowest in the group of 12 (26.17%). Conclusion the condition of drinking water fluorosis in Jiangsu Province was controlled in 2015.
