【摘要】：患者女,56歲。左側(cè)面部紅斑、腫脹伴疼痛1.5年。發(fā)病前曾被仙人球刺傷�？购丝贵w顆粒型1∶100陽性。皮損直接免疫熒光檢查陰性,皮損組織病理示:表皮基底細(xì)胞液化變性,血管及附屬器周圍淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤,阿新藍(lán)染色真皮膠原纖維間可見大量黏蛋白沉積。診斷:腫脹性紅斑狼瘡。予甲潑尼龍(逐漸減量至停藥,共計(jì)1.5年)、羥氯喹(1年)、雷公藤多苷片(1個月)口服,并予他克莫司軟膏外搽1年,皮損已消退,未見遺留瘢痕。
[Abstract]:The patient was 56 years old. Left face erythema, swelling with pain 1.5 years. He was stabbed by a cactus before the onset of the disease. The antinuclear antibody granule type was 1: 100 positive. The lesions were negative by direct immunofluorescence. The pathological findings of the lesions were as follows: liquefaction of basal cells of epidermis, infiltration of lymphocytes around blood vessels and appendages, and a large amount of mucin deposition between collagen fibers of dermis stained with acinyl blue. Diagnosis: swollen lupus erythematosus. Methylprednisolone (1.5 years), hydroxychloroquine (1 year), Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (1 month) and tacrolimus ointment were given for 1 year.
