【摘要】：目的分析類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎外周血單核細(xì)胞上B7-H3分子的表達(dá)及其與疾病活動程度、炎癥因子水平間的相關(guān)性。方法收集69例類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者及38例健康對照組外周血,Ficoll分離單個核細(xì)胞后流式細(xì)胞儀檢測CD14、B7-H3分子的表達(dá),ELISA檢測炎癥因子TNF-α、IL-6的表達(dá)。統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析其相關(guān)性及與疾病活動程度之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果類風(fēng)關(guān)患者外周血單核細(xì)胞上B7-H3表達(dá)較健康對照組高(P0.001),且與疾病的分期、病程的長短、腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、壓痛關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、疾病活動度評分28(DSA28)、類風(fēng)濕因子有顯著相關(guān)性,并與炎癥因子TNF-α、IL-6呈正相關(guān)(P0.001)。結(jié)論免疫分子B7-H3可能參與類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎疾病的進(jìn)程并可能成為疾病預(yù)防及治療的潛在分子。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of B7-H3 in peripheral blood monocytes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its correlation with disease activity and inflammatory cytokines. Methods in 69 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 38 healthy controls, the expression of CD14,B7-H3 molecule was detected by flow cytometry after mononuclear cells were isolated by Ficoll, and the expression of TNF- 偽 and IL-6 was detected by ELISA. The correlation and association with disease activity were analyzed statistically. Results the expression of B7-H3 on peripheral blood monocytes in patients with Fengguan was higher than that in healthy controls (P0. 001), and was correlated with the stages of disease, the duration of disease, the number of swollen joints, the number of tenderness joints, and the disease activity score 28 (DSA28). There was a significant correlation between rheumatoid factors and inflammatory factors TNF- 偽 and IL-6 (P0. 001). Conclusion immune molecule B7-H3 may be involved in the process of rheumatoid arthritis and may be a potential molecule in the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
