纖維連接蛋白在糖尿病足潰瘍中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正據(jù)估計(jì),15%的糖尿病患者在他們的一生中會(huì)發(fā)生足潰瘍,且潰瘍創(chuàng)面難以愈合~[1],是導(dǎo)致糖尿病患者致殘、致死的嚴(yán)重慢性并發(fā)癥之一。糖尿病足治療是個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,全方位統(tǒng)籌使足部動(dòng)脈血液供應(yīng)改善、感染的有效控制和血糖達(dá)標(biāo),這是治療的重點(diǎn)~[2]。而纖維連接蛋白(FN)具有促進(jìn)細(xì)胞間、細(xì)胞與基質(zhì)間的粘連,維持細(xì)胞形態(tài),促進(jìn)細(xì)胞移動(dòng),引導(dǎo)分化,調(diào)理吞噬和促進(jìn)組織修復(fù)等多種功能,能顯著促進(jìn)潰瘍傷口愈
[Abstract]:It is estimated that 15% of diabetic patients will develop foot ulcers in their lifetime, and the ulcer wound is difficult to heal, which is one of the serious chronic complications that lead to the disability and death of diabetic patients. The treatment of diabetic foot is a systematic engineering, which can improve the blood supply of the foot artery, control the infection effectively and reach the standard of blood sugar. This is the key point of the treatment. Fibronectin (FN) can promote adhesion between cells, between cells and matrix, maintain cell morphology, promote cell movement, guide differentiation, regulate phagocytosis and promote tissue repair, and can significantly promote healing of ulcer wounds.
