2294例生殖異常者的染色體核型分析

【摘要】:目的:探討生殖異常者與染色體核型異常的關(guān)系。方法:對(duì)2 294例生殖異常者的外周血進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)并行常規(guī)G顯帶、核型分析。結(jié)果:2 294例生殖異常者中檢出221例染色體核型異常,核型異常率為9.63%,其中常染色體結(jié)構(gòu)異常33例,性染色體數(shù)目異常26例,性染色體結(jié)構(gòu)或功能異常6例,染色體多態(tài)性核型156例。結(jié)論:染色體核型異常是導(dǎo)致生殖異常的重要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between abnormal reproduction and abnormal karyotype. Methods: the peripheral blood of 2 294 cases with abnormal reproduction was cultured with G banding and karyotype analysis. Results: 221 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected in 2 294 cases of abnormal reproduction. The abnormal rate of karyotype was 9.63 cases. Among them, 33 cases were abnormal in autosomal structure, 26 cases were abnormal in the number of sex chromosomes, 6 cases were abnormal in structure or function of sex chromosome. There were 156 cases of chromosome polymorphic karyotype. Conclusion: abnormal chromosome karyotype is an important cause of reproductive abnormality.
