【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)研究類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)患者血清IL-37和可溶性PD-1分子的表達(dá)水平,初步探討其與RA的相關(guān)性以及臨床意義。方法:收集RA患者及對(duì)照組人群的外周血,然后采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測(cè)30例RA患者(RA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)分≥6)和30名健康對(duì)照組血清中IL-37、s PD-1的表達(dá)水平,結(jié)合分析兩組人群外周血IL-18、IL-6和IL-18BP三種細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá),并通過(guò)Pearson相關(guān)分析其相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:經(jīng)ELISA檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),RA組患者外周血中IL-37和s PD-1以及其他幾種炎癥相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子IL-18、IL-18BP、IL-6的表達(dá)水平均高于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05);且IL-37與細(xì)胞因子IL-18、IL-18BP、IL-6均呈正相關(guān),s PD-1僅與細(xì)胞因子IL-6呈正相關(guān),IL-37、s PD-1均與患者病情程度評(píng)分呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:IL-37、s PD-1在RA患者中表達(dá)水平升高,且與其他炎性細(xì)胞因子及疾病嚴(yán)重程度具有相關(guān)性,兩者在RA的進(jìn)展中可能發(fā)揮著重要的調(diào)控作用,為今后RA治療提供新的依據(jù)。
