庫欣綜合征中FHIT、Ki-67、PCNA的表達(dá)及相關(guān)因素的研究

【摘要】:目的探討庫欣綜合征腎上腺皮質(zhì)病變中腫瘤抑制基因脆性組氨酸三聯(lián)體(FHIT)、腫瘤增殖抗原Ki-67、增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(PCNA)的表達(dá),探索鑒別庫欣綜合征腎上腺皮質(zhì)病變的相關(guān)因素。方法應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測49例庫欣綜合征腎上腺皮質(zhì)病變(腺癌14例、腺瘤26例、增生9例)中FHIT、Ki-67、PCNA的表達(dá),對臨床病理及生化指標(biāo)采用有序結(jié)果的累積比數(shù)Logistic回歸分析探索鑒別庫欣綜合征皮質(zhì)病變的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 FHIT在腎上腺皮質(zhì)增生中表達(dá)最高,腺瘤次之,腺癌最低(分別為100%、96.15%和42.96%),Ki-67與PCNA在腎上腺皮質(zhì)腺癌的表達(dá)最高,腺瘤次之,增生最低(分別為85.71%、7.69%、0.00%和100%、96.15%、77.78%)。應(yīng)用Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)FHIT、PCNA兩個(gè)因素與鑒別腺癌、腺瘤、增生的關(guān)系更為密切。結(jié)論 FHIT、Ki-67和PCNA的表達(dá)與庫欣綜合征腎上腺皮質(zhì)病變密切相關(guān)。Logistic回歸分析提示FHIT、PCNA與鑒別診斷的關(guān)系更為密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene fragile histidine triad (FHIT),) tumor proliferating antigen (Ki-67,) proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in adrenal cortical lesions of Cushing's syndrome, and to explore the relevant factors in differentiating adrenal cortical lesions of Cushing's syndrome. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FHIT,Ki-67,PCNA in 49 cases of adrenal cortical lesions with Cushing's syndrome (14 cases of adenocarcinoma, 26 cases of adenoma and 9 cases of hyperplasia). The clinicopathological and biochemical parameters were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis of cumulative ratio of ordered results to explore the related factors in differentiating the cortical lesions of Cushing's syndrome. Results the expression of FHIT was the highest in adrenocortical hyperplasia, followed by adenoma and adenocarcinoma (96.15% and 42.96%, respectively). The expression of Ki-67 and PCNA was the highest in adrenocortical adenocarcinoma, followed by adenoma, and lowest in hyperplasia (85.71% and 77.78%, respectively). Logistic regression analysis showed that the two factors of FHIT,PCNA were more closely related to the differentiation of adenocarcinoma, adenoma and hyperplasia. Conclusion the expression of FHIT,Ki-67 and PCNA is closely related to the adrenal cortical lesions of Cushing's syndrome, and Logistic regression analysis shows that FHIT,PCNA is more closely related to differential diagnosis.
