【摘要】：目的探討共濟(jì)失調(diào)蛋白2結(jié)合蛋白1(A2BP1)基因內(nèi)含子1單核苷酸多態(tài)性(SNPs)與肥胖的關(guān)系。方法選擇體檢者765例,其中BMI≥24 kg/m~2169例(觀察組)、BMI 18.5~24 kg/m~2596例(對(duì)照組)。經(jīng)肘靜脈采集外周血2 m L,提取外周血白細(xì)胞基因組DNA,采用Taq Man探針技術(shù)檢測(cè)A2BP1基因內(nèi)含子1中rs10500331、rs12924838、rs11640735及rs1548842的基因型,比較兩組等位基因與等位基因頻率差異。結(jié)果觀察組rs11640735位點(diǎn)A等位基因、AA基因型頻率均高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05),A等位基因相對(duì)于G等位基因的優(yōu)勢(shì)比(OR)為1.37(95%CI為1.05~1.80)。觀察組rs1548842位點(diǎn)C等位基因、CC基因型頻率均低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05),C等位基因相對(duì)于A等位基因的OR為0.76(95%CI為0.60~0.98)。兩組rs10500331、rs12924838位點(diǎn)的基因型和等位基因型頻率分布差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 A2BP1基因內(nèi)含子1中SNPs位點(diǎn)rs11640735、rs1548842是肥胖的易感基因。
