【摘要】：糖尿病已經(jīng)成為繼心血管疾病、癌癥之后的第三大疾病.盡管遺傳和肥胖是糖尿病的主要致病因素,然而,近年的研究表明,環(huán)境有機(jī)污染物(如有機(jī)氯化合物、塑化劑等)在糖尿病發(fā)病過(guò)程中也可能扮演了重要的角色.一些流行病學(xué)研究和機(jī)理研究已經(jīng)表明,環(huán)境有機(jī)污染物與糖尿病之間具有相關(guān)性.本文就若干典型環(huán)境有機(jī)污染物與糖尿病的流行病學(xué)及機(jī)理研究進(jìn)行綜合闡述,以期為今后的相關(guān)研究提供參考.
[Abstract]:Diabetes has become the third most common disease after cardiovascular disease and cancer. Although genetics and obesity are the main pathogenic factors of diabetes, recent studies have shown that environmental organic pollutants (such as organochlorine compounds, plasticizers, etc.) may also play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes. Some epidemiological and mechanism studies have shown that there is a correlation between environmental organic pollutants and diabetes mellitus. In this paper, the epidemiology and mechanism of some typical environmental organic pollutants and diabetes mellitus were reviewed in order to provide reference for the related research in the future.
