血清Neuregulin 4水平與2型糖尿病患者頸動脈內-中膜厚度的相關性研究

【摘要】:目的探討血清脂肪因子Neuregulin 4(Nrg4)水平與T2DM患者頸動脈內-中膜厚度(CIMT)的關系。方法選擇T2DM患者85例,頸動脈彩色超聲測定CIMT,CIMT0.9 mm為CIMT正常組(n=39),CIMT0.9 mm為CIMT增厚組(n=46),另選健康對照(NC)組(n=44)。ELISA測定Nrg4濃度,同時測定其他代謝指標。結果 NC組、CIMT正常組和CIMT增厚組血清Nrg4濃度依次下降(P0.05或P0.01)。Spearman相關分析顯示,CIMT與FPG、胰島素抵抗指數(HOMA-IR)及糖尿病病程呈正相關(r=0.412、0.516、0.314,P0.01),與HDL-C及Nrg4呈負相關(r=-0.475、-0.373,P0.01)。多元線性回歸分析顯示,FPG、Nrg4、HDL-C是CIMT的獨立影響因素。結論脂肪因子Nrg4血清濃度在T2DM合并CIMT增厚患者中下降,可能在T2DM動脈粥樣硬化形成中發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum fat factor Neuregulin 4 (Nrg4) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT) in patients with T2DM. Methods Eighty-five patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study. CIMT 0.9 mm (n = 46) and (NC) group (n = 44). Elisa were used to determine the concentration of Nrg4 and other metabolic indexes in normal CIMT group (n = 39) and CIMT thickening group (n = 46), respectively. Results the serum Nrg4 concentration in NC group was decreased in turn (P0.05 or P0.01). Spearman correlation analysis showed that CIMT was positively correlated with FPG, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and diabetes course (r 0.412 0. 516 0. 314 P0.01), and negatively correlated with HDL-C and Nrg4 (r-0. 475- 0. 373P 0. 01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that Nrg4 HDL-C was an independent factor of CIMT. Conclusion the serum concentration of Nrg4 in patients with T2DM and CIMT thickening may play a role in the formation of T2DM atherosclerosis.
