【摘要】：目的了解重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)居民糖尿病健康素養(yǎng)情況及其影響因素,為針對性地開展干預(yù)提供參考。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣的方法抽取重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)白鶴嶺、渝培路、井口鎮(zhèn)、山洞等20個(gè)社區(qū)居民,通過《中國公眾糖尿病防治素養(yǎng)調(diào)查問卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果在接受調(diào)查的社區(qū)居民中,具備糖尿病防治素養(yǎng)水平的占19.73%,糖尿病基本知識的占26.68%,糖尿病預(yù)防相關(guān)行為的占26.46%,糖尿病信息獲取利用的占8.07%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,以男性為參照組,女性具備糖尿病防治素養(yǎng)的比例較高(OR=1.679,95%CI:1.028~2.743);以小學(xué)以下文化程度為參照組,大專及以上文化程度人群具備糖尿病防治素養(yǎng)的比例較高(OR=5.319,95%CI:2.433~11.628);以健康自評差為參照組,健康自評好的人群具備糖尿病防治素養(yǎng)的比例較高(OR=1.492,95%CI:0.841~2.646)。結(jié)論重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)居民糖尿病防治健康素養(yǎng)低,社區(qū)應(yīng)開展更多提高居民健康素養(yǎng)水平的活動(dòng),針對不同人群加強(qiáng)居民糖尿病信息獲取與利用方面技能的培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diabetes health literacy of residents in Shapingba district of Chongqing and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for intervention. Methods 20 community residents in Shapingba District of Chongqing were selected by random sampling, including Baiheling, Yupei Road, Jingkou Town and Cave. The questionnaire of Chinese Public Diabetes Prevention and treatment Literacy was used to investigate. Results among the community residents surveyed, 19.7333% had diabetes prevention literacy level, 26.68% diabetes basic knowledge, 26.46% diabetes prevention behavior, 8.07% diabetes information utilization. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the proportion of women with diabetes prevention and treatment literacy (OR=1.679,95%CI:1.028~2.743) was higher than that of male control group, and the reference group was below primary school education level. The proportion of diabetes prevention and treatment literacy (OR=5.319,95%CI:2.433~11.628) was higher in college and above group, and the proportion of healthy self-rated population with diabetes prevention literacy (OR=1.492,95%CI:0.841~2.646) was higher than that of health self-assessment group (reference group). Conclusion the residents of Shapingba district in Chongqing have low health literacy for diabetes prevention and treatment. The community should carry out more activities to improve the level of residents' health literacy and strengthen the training on the acquisition and utilization of diabetes information for different population groups.
