【摘要】：肥胖及2型糖尿病是代謝紊亂相關的慢性低度系統炎癥狀態(tài)。半乳糖苷凝集素-3(galectin-3)是一種β-半乳糖苷結合蛋白,在炎癥、信號轉導、細胞增殖與分化等過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。新近的研究表明,半乳糖苷凝集素-3在患肥胖和2型糖尿病的人及鼠類體內高表達,對鼠類體脂的沉積、脂肪細胞分化、血糖濃度、胰島素敏感性、葡萄糖耐受性和系統炎癥等具有重要影響。本文綜述了半乳糖苷凝集素-3的結構、分布及其對肥胖和2型糖尿病的調控作用與分子機制,以期為研發(fā)針對半乳糖苷凝集素-3靶點的新藥提供重要思路和參考。
[Abstract]:Obesity and type 2 diabetes are chronic low-system inflammation associated with metabolic disorders. Galactoside agglutinin-3 (galectin-3) is a 尾-galactoside binding protein, which plays an important role in inflammation, signal transduction, cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have shown that galactoagglutinin-3 is highly expressed in obese and type 2 diabetic people and mice, and is sensitive to rat body fat deposition, adipocyte differentiation, blood glucose concentration, insulin sensitivity, Glucose tolerance and systemic inflammation have important effects. In this paper, the structure, distribution, regulation and molecular mechanism of galactoagglutinin-3 on obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus were reviewed in order to provide important ideas and references for the development of new drugs targeting galactoside lectin-3 targets.
