【摘要】：正1病例資料患者女,40歲,因全身多處鈣化灶15年、右髂部破潰1年,于2015年7月20日入我院�；颊咦栽V1994年因發(fā)熱,面部皮疹,雙手冰涼,遇冷變白、變紫就診,經(jīng)中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院皮膚病醫(yī)院診斷為"系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡",給予潑尼松最大劑量60mg口服、1次/d治療,之后癥狀好轉(zhuǎn),但仍有雷諾現(xiàn)象(Raynaud’s syndrom),潑尼松逐漸減量至15 mg。1997年出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)痛,累及腕關(guān)節(jié)、踝關(guān)節(jié),紅細(xì)胞沉降率50mm/1h,尿蛋白(+),外院考慮"系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼
[Abstract]:The patient, 40 years old, was admitted to our hospital on July 20, 2015 because of multiple calcification foci in her body for 15 years, and the right iliac region ruptured for 1 year. The patient reported in 1994 that he had a fever, facial rash, cold hands, not turning white as expected, and turned purple. He was diagnosed as "systemic lupus erythematosus" by the Dermatology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He was given prednisone with a maximum dose of 60mg for oral treatment once a day. Then the symptoms improved, but there was still Renault phenomenon, (Raynaud's syndrom), prednisone gradually reduced to 15 mg.1997 of joint pain, involving the wrist, ankle, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 50 mm / 1 h, urinary protein (), external hospital considered "systemic erythema wolf"
