【摘要】：正2017年4月19日路透社Stephanie Nebehay:蓋茨基金會、西方各國以及制藥公司承諾將支持熱帶病消除計劃,并鼓勵更多捐助者加入,一同對抗這些導致熱帶地區(qū)貧困人民失明、殘疾以及毀容疾病的斗爭中。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,主要分布在亞非拉美地區(qū)的約有15億人口,感染了已知的18種被忽視的熱帶病(NTDs)之一種。其中有10億人正在接受治療,兒童患者占據(jù)一半。
[Abstract]:On April 19, 2017, the Reuters Stephanie Nebehay: Gates Foundation, Western countries and pharmaceutical companies pledged to support tropical disease eradication programs and to encourage more donors to join in the fight against the blindness of poor people in the tropics. In the struggle for disability and disfigurement. About 1.5 billion people, mainly in Asia and Africa and Latin America, are infected with one of the 18 known neglected tropical diseases, (NTDs), according to data released by the World Health Organization (WHO). 1 billion of them are being treated, half of them children.
