【摘要】：目的基于社會(huì)資本理論測(cè)量天津社區(qū)老年人的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,探討社會(huì)資本與老年人自感健康狀況的關(guān)系。方法調(diào)查天津市288位60周歲以上的老年人,對(duì)其資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果老年人自感健康狀況為好、中和差的分別為87人(30.2%)、106人(36.8%)和95人(33.0%)。有序多分類logistic回歸顯示:社會(huì)資本因素中的社會(huì)信任程度和社會(huì)參與程度對(duì)老年人自感健康狀況有影響。結(jié)論開展老年人文化、保健、心理等方面的社區(qū)教育活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)內(nèi)向的老年人參與到活動(dòng)中,加大老年人的社區(qū)歸屬感等是提高老年人自感健康程度的參考措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the social and economic status of the elderly in Tianjin community based on the theory of social capital, and to explore the relationship between social capital and the self-perceived health status of the elderly. Methods 288 elderly people over 60 years old in Tianjin were investigated and their data were statistically analyzed. Results the self-perceived health status of the elderly was good, with 87 (30.2%) of them and 95 (33.0%) of them with poor self-perceived health, 106 (36.8%) and 95 (33.0%) respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of social trust and social participation in social capital factors had an effect on the self-perceived health status of the elderly. Conclusion carrying out community education activities in culture, health care and psychology of the elderly, guiding the introverted elderly to participate in the activities, and strengthening the sense of community belonging of the elderly are the reference measures to improve the degree of self-perceived health of the elderly.
