【摘要】：正隨著人們生活水平的提高及生活方式的改變,糖調(diào)節(jié)受損、血脂異常、肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病等與代謝相關(guān)的疾病患病率呈上升趨勢(shì),這些疾病大大增加了心腦血管事件的發(fā)生,給家庭和社會(huì)帶來了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。G蛋白耦聯(lián)膽汁酸受體5(G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 5,TGR5)是一個(gè)特殊的膽汁酸膜G蛋白
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the change of life style, the prevalence rate of metabolic diseases such as impaired glucose regulation, abnormal blood lipid, obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and so on is on the rise. These diseases greatly increase the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and bring serious economic burden to family and society. G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 5 (G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 5 TGR5) is a special bile acid membrane G protein.
