【摘要】：目的:觀察健脾化濁散聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療肥胖2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法:將120例患者隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組與對照組各60例。在基礎(chǔ)治療相同的情況下,對照組給予口服鹽酸二甲雙胍片,治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用健脾化濁散。觀察患者臨床療效及治療前后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2h血糖(postprandial 2h blood glucose,P2h BG)、糖化血紅蛋白(haemoglobin A1C,HbA1c)、空腹胰島素(fasting insulin,FINS)、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR)等變化情況。結(jié)果:治療3個月后,2組均能有效降糖和減肥,治療組降糖和減肥有效率[89.286%(50/56)、92.857%(52/56)]明顯高于對照組[74.545%(41/55)、76.364%(42/55)],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.026、P=0.047)。經(jīng)治療后2組的FBG、P2h BG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR及BMI較治療前均降低(P=0.000)。治療組FBG、P2h BG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR及BMI均較對照組降低(P=0.000)。結(jié)論:健脾化濁散聯(lián)合二甲雙胍可有效治療肥胖2型糖尿病。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Powder (Jianpi Huazhuo Powder) combined with metformin in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group. In the same condition of basic treatment, the control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets orally, and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Huazhuo Powder on the basis of the control group. The changes of fasting blood glucose (fasting blood glucose,FBG), postprandial blood glucose (postprandial 2h blood glucose,P2h BG), HbA1c), fasting insulin (fasting insulin,FINS), body mass index (body mass index,BMI) and insulin resistance index (insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR) were observed before and after treatment. Results: after 3 months of treatment, the effective rate of reducing glucose and reducing weight in the treatment group [89.286% (50 / 56), 92.857% (52 / 56)] was significantly higher than that in the control group [74.545% (41 / 55), 76.364% (42 / 55)]. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.026 P 0.047). After treatment, FBG,P2h BG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR and BMI in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0. 000). Conclusion: Jianpi Huazhuo Powder combined with metformin can effectively treat obese type 2 diabetes.
