【摘要】：目的分析南京市老年人肥胖與高血壓、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂的關(guān)系。方法 2013年4月~12月利用整群隨機(jī)抽樣法抽取南京市某區(qū)1 927名60歲及以上的老年人;對(duì)其進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè),獲取信息,得到完整有效資料1 808份;肥胖用體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)和腰圍(waist circumference,WC)診斷,采用SPSS 19.0軟件進(jìn)行方差分析、χ~2檢驗(yàn)、非條件Logistic回歸分析,探討肥胖與血壓、血糖、血脂以及主要慢性病的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 1 808名老年人中慢性病患病人數(shù)為1 276(70.6%)人,主要慢性病為高血壓、糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂;超重人數(shù)為668人,占36.9%,肥胖人數(shù)為150人,占8.2%。中心肥胖人數(shù)為406人,占比22.5%;肥胖與收縮壓、舒張壓、空腹血糖、總膽固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇密切相關(guān)(均有P0.05);BMI和WC對(duì)高血壓患病情況有影響(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論老年人肥胖增加主要慢性病患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn),肥胖與血壓、血糖、血脂密切相關(guān),控制體重是提高老年人健康水平的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between obesity and hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in Nanjing. Methods from April to December 2013, 1,927 elderly people aged 60 or above in a district of Nanjing were selected by cluster random sampling, and 1 808 copies of complete and effective information were obtained by questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory examination. Obesity was diagnosed by body mass index (body mass) and waist circumference (WC). The relationship between obesity and blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and main chronic diseases was investigated by SPSS 19.0 software, 蠂 ~ 2 test and non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results the number of chronic diseases was 1 276 (70.6%) in 1 808 old people. The main chronic diseases were hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia, while the number of overweight was 668 (36.9%), the number of obese was 150 (8.2%). Obesity and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was closely related (P0.05). BMI and WC had an effect on the prevalence of hypertension (P0.05). Conclusion Obesity increases the risk of major chronic diseases in the elderly. Obesity is closely related to blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid. Controlling body weight is an effective method to improve the health level of the elderly.
