深圳市2014年居民熱浪期間適應(yīng)性行為調(diào)查

【摘要】：目的了解深圳市居民高溫?zé)崂似陂g所采取的適應(yīng)行為現(xiàn)狀,分析適應(yīng)行為與中暑之間的關(guān)系。方法2014年11月,采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法抽取深圳市623名居民進(jìn)行入戶面對(duì)面的問卷調(diào)查,了解一般人口學(xué)特征、對(duì)熱浪的認(rèn)知、熱浪期間的自發(fā)性適應(yīng)行為及過去1年是否發(fā)生過中暑。采用χ~2檢驗(yàn)對(duì)各組率進(jìn)行比較,采用非條件logistic回歸分析適應(yīng)行為與中暑關(guān)系。結(jié)果深圳市居民對(duì)熱浪知曉率為69.5%,居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估平均得分為(3.53±1.05)分;熱浪期間,有621人采取至少1項(xiàng)適應(yīng)行為,其中"多喝水"這一行為使用率最高(93.1%);logistic回歸分析顯示,熱浪期間"外出乘坐空調(diào)車"、"多喝水"、"穿淺色衣服"和"減少戶外活動(dòng)"為居民發(fā)生中暑的保護(hù)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論深圳市居民對(duì)熱浪知曉率較高,且絕大多數(shù)居民在熱浪期間采取了適應(yīng)行為,部分適應(yīng)行為對(duì)防止發(fā)生中暑能起到一定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of adaptive behavior adopted by residents in Shenzhen during heat wave and to analyze the relationship between adaptive behavior and heatstroke. Methods in November 2014, 623 residents of Shenzhen were selected by stratified random sampling to investigate the general demographic characteristics and the knowledge of heat wave. Spontaneous adaptation during the heat wave and whether heatstroke has occurred in the past year. 蠂 ~ 2 test was used to compare the rates of each group, and the relationship between adaptive behavior and heat stroke was analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results the awareness rate of heat wave was 69.5, and the average score of risk assessment was (3.53 鹵1.05). During the heat wave period, 621 people took at least one adaptive behavior, among which "drinking more water" was the highest rate (93.1%) logistic regression analysis showed. During the heat wave, "go out on air-conditioner car", "drink plenty of water", "wear light color clothes" and "reduce outdoor activities" are the protective factors of residents' heatstroke (P0.05). Conclusion the awareness rate of heat wave in Shenzhen residents is high, and most of the residents have adopted adaptive behavior during the heat wave, and part of the adaptation behavior can play a role in preventing heatstroke.
