【摘要】：目的了解2015年淮安市艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體初篩陽性標本的復檢與確證結果,為艾滋病防治工作提供依據。方法對初篩陽性的標本,用第四代酶聯免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)及膠體硒試驗進行復檢,其中任何一種試劑檢測結果呈陽性反應即使用免疫印跡試驗(WB)進行確證檢測。結果 211份初篩陽性標本經復檢,有200份待確證(200/211,94.8%),除去10份既往陽性,最終使用WB確證試驗檢測190份,其中HIV-1抗體陽性134份,陽性率為70.5%;HIV抗體陰性38份,陰性率為20.0%;HIV抗體不確定18份,占9.5%。在確證陽性的標本中,條帶gp160和gp120的出現率為100.0%,p39和p55出現率較低,分別為48.5%和38.1%。在不確定標本中,p24出現單一條帶最多占44.4%。結論篩查試驗的假陽性不可避免,必須通過WB試驗確認是否感染HIV;對不確定的樣本要加強隨訪檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the results of reexamination and confirmation of HIV (HIV) antibody positive specimens in Huaian City in 2015, and to provide evidence for AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods (ELISA) and colloidal selenium test were used to recheck the positive samples of the first screen, and any of them was positive, even if it was confirmed by Western blotting test (WB). Results among the 211 positive specimens, 200 were to be confirmed (200 / 21194.8%), 10 were positive in the past, and 190 were detected by WB confirmatory test. Among them, 134 were positive for HIV-1 antibody, the positive rate was 70.5% and the negative rate was 38. The negative rate of HIV antibody was 20.0%, accounting for 9.5%. In the confirmed positive specimens, the occurrence rates of gp160 and gp120 were 100.0%, 48.5% and 38.1%, respectively. A single band of p24 was found in the uncertain specimen, accounting for a maximum of 44. 4%. Conclusion the false positivity of screening test is inevitable, it is necessary to confirm HIV infection by WB test, and to strengthen follow-up test for uncertain samples.
