【摘要】：正健康管理是社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的重要內(nèi)容之一,而特殊人群,如兒童和青少年、妊娠期婦女、老年人、慢性病患者及精神疾病患者對健康管理的需求尤為強烈。全科醫(yī)生對特殊人群健康管理的內(nèi)容、方法直接關(guān)系到其生存質(zhì)量,然而,在當前的實際工作中,由于多方面的原因,居民的健康管理仍存在"大水漫灌"的現(xiàn)象,健康管理的內(nèi)容缺乏針對性,效果欠佳。因此,探討能夠解決
